To self-register, scroll down and enter your first and last names, email, and your policy number (starts with the number 5).

If you already have a login to Zywave, link your new Encova login to your existing profile in the set-up process.

• Visit https://support.zywave.com and click the blue “Chat with an Expert” box in the bottom right corner. 
• Enter your contact info, and select “Client Portals...” as Chat Topic to receive immediate assistance from a live Zywave Support representative. 
• Be sure to mention you are an Encova policyholder.
